I'm one of the few black people I know that believe we need suncreen (my black dermatoligst was looking at me like years ago when I used to argue with her that black people dont need it). So I'm a believer. I still dont use it because I'm rarely in direct sun that long and also all the ones I tried made my face look crazy (grease, white film, etc.)

does that sunscreen you posted make you look all pale and ghoulish or does it rub in? I was just looking for some myself but I haven't been able to find one I like, that brand seems really good though.

I didn't believe it either, until I got burned after being it the sun all day at the beach. My shoulders started peeling the next day.



I haven't gone out in the summer without it since.

Plus, my mom's back is full of sun spots. That could be because she's lightskinned, but I'm not taking any chances.

I use nivea morning. Deep cleaning 2x a week and the hydrating wash for the other days. Follow it up with coconut/rosemary oil mix i made. I rarely breakout and rarely get oily. Recently i started putting aloe vera on right after a night shower. My skin looks dark and flawless this summer



I used to breakout regularly and would have to wash 2x a day cuz i was so oily.
