Every company severance package I have ever read included a "Non-Disparaging" NDA. So the NDA is not unique, but it fits Puff's reputation. Given how little these girls music is worth, Puff should have scrubbed it. If any try to bad mouth him, he simply says, " They only have the opportunity to say such things because I personally removed what was a standard NDA from the contract giving them their publishing. If I was so bad, I would have made sure they couldn't talk bad about me publicly...."
