She may have been oblivious to Pac being on Death Row, but the beef he had with Biggie didn't have to do with Death Row. I'm not sure if her and Biggie were estranged at the time, but it still made her look as if:

1) She did it to spite Biggie who was with Kim and Charli Baltimore at the time. Even if she didn't do anything sexual with Pac, she took the picture and did the song, which at the very least, made it look like she was cool with her husband's enemy.

2) She was naive and gullible.
