Example, If I say " i don't think we breath oxygen for air" that is not an opinion, it is just flat out wrong as it is arguing a fact. Facts are not subjective or open to discussion and therefore we can not have opinions on them. However if, for example, I say women with fake asses are insecure, that is an opinion(yes an opinion, not an absolute statement or preference) open to agreement or disagreement and discussion.
