Why are there so many people who are afraid to live their truths?

I stand on everything I believe. I wore a pro black shirt at an all white area getting something to eat last week. If one of those cacs asked me what it means, I wouldve told them

A very large amount of men and women don't have this integrity. They hide behind indifference

"I mean im not against abortion but....."
"Im not against reparations but....."
"I dont drink my pain away and party every weekend but......"

Be yourself. Dont let no one bring you down. No matter what your values are. Keep those shyts close to you. Never compromise. I have to remind myself this everyday as much as an empath I am

I gotta keep likeminded people in my social circle. Especially at my age. Alot of young adults arent like me

And thats ok. I stand on everything I believe. And I will never say "I support doing drugs and being depressing as hell but....."

I’ve learned to sniff the bullshyt out. True indifference is not even having an opinion on something cause you really don’t give af.

When I hear shyt like “I’m not against (insert whatever topic), but” I already know they are full of shyt and they REALLY are against it.

If you gotta throw “but” at the end of a statement then everything you say after is sus to me.

"I'm Not Racist...But" are the 4 most played out words white folks say. They literally use it like a get out of jail card. Newsflash...if you say and do racist stuff...people gonna assume you're a racist. Doesn't matter how many times you say it, people gonna put 2 and 2 together.

The reason I don't really have any white friends like that these days is because of this. And when I would call them out for being racist...they would get mad at ME! For having the nerve to call them "RACIST". And I guess that reaction came from the fact that I was right and they didn't know how to deal with a Black Man calling them out for it. Cause white folks definitely not gonna call out the racism of their peers. They don't wanna rock the boat.

I can say this is the reason why my circle of friends is small. I get a hint of the above (esp passive aggression) and I step.
