Fake nursing diploma scheme in Florida; 25 arrested

majority of non fiba immigrants were already nurses in their home countries but when they come here their training is not recognized by the depart of health so they would have to do school all over again and thats time consuming considering they came here and overstayed their VISAS. Now they are here illegally and can't really get a real job so they gotta look for jobs off the books and other ways to bypass the system hence fake nursing degrees.
If this country was even half way smart they would recruit the non fiba to boost their nursing shortage in this country.. They can confirm they prior nursing certification from their countries and have them here on a work visa which will allow them to pay taxes and study to certifiy them here.

That all fine and good but we can't have people scamming in this important field. Also, we need more Black Americans in the medical field.
They come from a country where being a conman/scam artist is a way of life, as normal as you breathing in air reading this, what makes you think they wouldn't carry the same mentality of here to America?
They weren't targeted at all they knew what they were doing and how to do it whatever happens happens

Depending on what country they come from (ethnic Jews or Eastern Europeans) then yeah they're some scammers too.

You can find employers who can look past this, sadly. A lot of them are desperate. They'll tell the state you're doing something else like Robert De Niro's character in Casino.

That's cap breh. You legally cannot work as a nurse without passing state boards.
