They didnt spend much time trying to burn it. You think if they took it in the house and sat it on the table it wouldnt melt but would stay cold? Pollution in the sky and new snow, its not going to start dripping like cartoons that quickly.
well if the house is warm it should've started to melt .. and i dont think that the issue here is it melting because that shyt is gonna melt. There's obviously some chemicals that we probably wouldn't have found in snow a few decades ago, most likely from pollution that is changing the way it reacts to the flame.
A bic lighter and cold temperatures will not burrow a hole in a compacted snowball that fast.
probably just shytty editing.. there's multiple videos with them using different tools to melt the snow.. the black part is just soot from chemicals...either the butane from the lighter or something else.
