kick ass 2 comes to mind. shyt was filmed in toronto and mississauga
mortal intruments city of bones is also a fake ass new york. they try and pass off toronto as well and then throw in a random shots of the empire state building to remind you this is still new york. don't ask me how I ended up watching that tripe
the absolute fakest NYC i've seen was a indie movie called CBGB. they try and use georgia as NY
