Michigan is about the same..

In the summer it can get up to the low 100s, in the winter in can get to -10 and below. Funny thing is the fall and spring, it can be like 25 and then two days later be like 70.

North Chicago in Lake County is about 10 miles south of Wisconsin. For the record, nobody outside of Green Bay even live in northern Wisconsin. Majority live in the the Milwakee area or near Illinois
