:dwillhuh:this seemed like a madden game where you want your friend to come back so it can be a more interesting game. like "imma give you a chance to come back. i could end the game by running but imma pass so take your chance. imma use timeouts to stop the clock for you"

I'll probably never get over that to be honest, not until they finally get a ring. It stings the soul something serious. :damn:

Just pure stupidity on the coaching.

Lol Falcons fans should look at this way: y'all shouldn't even be up that big anyway. Blount haven't fumbled since wk 1 and Brady rarely throws a pick 6 in the redzone. Take away those two fluke plays and it's basically an even ball game. The better team won in the end.

i call BS on that. The Seahawks have a ring and you still see Marshawn not getting the ball at the 1.

One thing I haven't heard brought up, is how the Falcons only had 1 timeout left. how does the team you are kicking the ass of for the majority of the game have all their time outs, while you only have 1? I'm going to need Bill Nye or someone to explain to me how you fail this badly at stuff I could tell you you needed to do.

It's not really a fluke fumble if the ball is taken from you. And Brady averages an interception per game in the playoffs. he was under pressure and made the throw into coverage. He did it against the Seahawks in that SB too in the redzone.

As for rarities, it's rare for a team to be as good as the Falcons were on first down and second down and be as awful as they were on third down. It's rare for one team to run twice as many plays as the other. I also read something that how teams in the situation that we were in on the final meaningful possession for us had only lost 4 times, and were the only ones to not even attempt a field goal.
