What about Cows? The production of cows leads to the majority of our countries carbon emissions. Also humans are the only mammals on the planet that are not evolved to digest beef without putting themselves in long term danger. So essentially we just murder cows because we want to, not because we need to. So there is no reason to be eating and killing cows. Are you outraged about this? The arguments in here are ridiculous. Killing any animal without reason is a crime. Dogs are overprotected, I agree, but killing one for the sake of killing it is disgusting. Add to the fact in THIS culture they have never been food historically. Never. Ever ever. So saying well we eat pigs is asinine.
