Are there any other way of restoring health than going to Megaton, buying stimpacks and sleeping in a rented bed?

I found some whore house and shoot the fukking head of a pimp who was running the place. Still can't sleep in his bed as I "don't own it".

Also this stimpacks don't restore shyt. Have to use like 4-5 to restore half of hp.

Yes brehs I threw the game in the bushes because that fukking subway system. I stopped trying to figure it out. I love the soundtrack tho.
