Fallout 4 didn't really have any stakes for me, I felt exactly the same after all three or four endings. No great villains either. I liked the Glowing Sea tho

Finding Liam Neeson and watching him get murked
Waiting the whole game to get power armor training and that fresh new suit of armor
Waiting until the last act to get energy weapons
The unique weapons meant more because high level enemies weren't dropping legendary weapons
Your enemies were all human or other living things, not synths or robots
Level cap at 30 so you couldn't become OP
Point Lookout DLC had the HP Lovecraft occult storyline
But just generally much more ominous seeing as you were a kid who escaped the vault, not a full grown man
i enjoyed New Vegas much more
