I wish there was a way I could reassign all my perk points...they gave me the option like 10 mins into the game and I went with 10 intelligence like a dummy

PC got some crazy ones. all white power suits, extra blood, chrome synth suits, you can even make a deathclaw your companion, his name is Shaun. Heck you can even make a Sentry Bot your companion...imagine coming in with that and CRUSHING the buildings. :mjlolz:

I'm like level 25 and I feel like I haven't even really moved in the form of main storyline quests
one thing I wonder about is does it really matter if I build up bases/settlements or not, it seems like cool thing to do if you find it interesting but completely fine to let them sit a 0% happiness, untouched.

Man at first I was like fukk those settlements, im on a mission to find my sun. Ten hours later Im going around trying to get these weak settlements up to at least 60% happiness.
I rushed through FO3 so this time Im giving everything I can to fully enjoy this game. Only game this year that has kept me interested longer than a week.
A few minor glitches and textures could use some improvement.
Also just a level 26 with a CHR build with some of the other perk categories thrown in.
