with FO4's resurgence, they should update their Pip-Boy app. it was cool playing through the game with that, since you could use the Pip-Boy without pausing the game

That's weird, I got mysterious stranger all the time. I'll have to go back and load my account to confirm but I think my luck was only like 6 or 7.
