fallout vs skyrim

I've played Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Skyrim. I found Skyrim to be boring as hell. I've always hated fantasy though. Fallout 3 and New Vegas are pretty similar, but I'd put New Vegas on top since I liked the story, characters, setting and sidequests much more. New Vegas also had more technical issues though. If you're willing to look past that then the game is super enjoyable. Easily one of my favorite games of the last generation.

Skyrim has the best environment but the gameplay is average on the console (great with pc mods). The story is very disappointing because its not engaging, their is little role play opportunities, and some things in the game don't make sense. For example if you choose to be a Khajiit how can you be able to enter any city but the rest of the Khajiits have to stay outside of any city? Also the quests for most of the guilds could have a been better. If you do the Companions quest you can become the leader of the group in less than a month in in-game time. Also if I am the leader of the Companions why do I still have to do errands for the other members of the guild? Things like that almost kills the experience for the game and that is why I can't put the game above Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

RPG: Role-Playing Game

much like Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Mass Effect?, Oblivion, Fallout. Some of these games are kinda fun, more than sports games for my taste.

I love both games but Skyrim for me...You can become a werewolf or a Vampire Lord (You have to buy DLC for that)

If you're a werewolf and the wolf will follow you and help you battle..

Fallout 3 easily for me, never finished Skyrim and honestly the Elder Scrolls series has lost that magic touch ever since the goat morrowind :aah:

Fallout 3 was so sick me and my friends used to tell each other crazy stories about play throughs like we lived that shxt. Plus the game mixed, lore, horror, rpg elements, exploration and action together so perfect
