Obviously its something that wont jibe with everyone. There are levels of anguish that a man falsely accused of rape will never feel. The woman now has an image of powerlessness that will never go away, negative affecting for life. This os undeniable, and son women go crazy from the trauma, even as far as taking her life.

A man falsely accused and summarily charged can see hos freedom taken from him, lose his family and friends of who don't want to be in the presence of a rapist, having his wellbeing threatened when people think he raped someone ( when I family member fingered a 15 year old boy out for raping her,my first thought was to get some of the old homies and shorten his lifespan. I knew where he lived. He eventually left the school after he got jumped and hospitalized. He didn't do what my family said he did). His employment prospects dry up, people don't want them moving into their communities, and vigilantes will light a suspected rapid up. Not proven rapist, suspected.

I understand to an extent the things rape can do, as i had an unfortunate experience as a kid myself. I know that powerlessness. Difference is in alive and relatively free to be me, even if I think about it mow and then. Falsely accused goes through never ending hell as well because people simply assume that the guy dis it, and the stigma follows him for life. It is as bad.

A woman being 'coerced' or blackmailed with pictures or something isn't imminent danger or violence. Hence doesn't fall under the rape category as the woman has freedom of choice.

The vast majority of rape allegations are not false. Just like the vast majority of rapes aren't prosecuted as rape is incredibly hard to prove.

Nothing protects you from being falsely accused or randomly attacked. But if you go around choosing to be vindictive towards women that will almost CERTAINLY improve your chances of being falsely accused.
