I hope to god every woman who operates with that mindset births a son that they lose to the judicial system because of a false rape accusation.
then idk how to help you breh. If a chick feels like she's been raped, I can't tell her she hasn't.

exactlyWell then that gives the dude the right to actually rape her. You stupid piece of shyt.
They're not? False accusations occur so rarely, and are prosecuted even less. That's pertinent to the discussion.[/QUOTE
It's not hard to prove, you need no physical evidence. Testimony is enough to get most people convicted.
No, it's not. Bro, you've probably heard about 1% of the false rape accusations that are made in your state alone.
Rape is VERY hard to prove and any lawyer will tell you that it's very hard to win a rape case without a bunch of physical evidence. Most of those cases are dropped, lowered, dismissed, recanted, etc.
There are exceptions though. What sucks is that a false rape proclamation can damage a man's reputation even if it has no basis.
But legally? You're probably paying for a lawyer, racking up legal fees, and being involved in some BS for about a year but you probably won't be convicted.
Uh yes you can. Either a bytch got raped or she didn't.
Regardless, It is a terrible position for a man to find himself in. This country is becoming a feminist shythole and soon enough men will be below women.

Eh...rape can be gray. You can rape through multiple ways...force, coercion, blackmail, manipulation, etc.
There are cases where victims fall for their rapists and all kinds of shyt.
Hell, I know a girl who was raped by her boyfriend because she tried to break up with him and he threatened to hurt her and plaster naked pictures of her all across school. She stayed with this guy for like 6 months, afraid for her reputation and not sure who to tell.
Now even if she wasn't saying "no" and looked to be a pretty normal couple to public eyes, anytime they had sex could easily be rape but this would be a lot harder to prove in court and could lead to reasonable doubt.
You see how this stuff can get murky? Just like racism isn't only the n-word and lynchings, rape isn't just "guy comes and forces himself on a woman".
Hell, what if a man threatened a woman and told her to masturbate while he watched? Lots of ugly gray areas when it comes to rape.
Hell no. Women have minimal economic and law making power. Nikkas is really looking at a couple of aspects of life and think women have it way better?
Custody battles
Ease of getting sex
Ease of being viewed as a victim
Those are the three areas in American society where women have a clear advantage over men and most of those are a result of how men VIEW women and have viewed them.
What aspects of being a male should you trade to be a female?
