I would probably find the accuser and kill her and her family. Somebody's gotta die:wow::mjcry:
Not caping at all but the thing is there are two things people take for granted about this case.

Breh admitted to the rapes and also eyewitness testimony is way more shytty than people are willing to give it credit for. There are quite a few cases where people are sure they saw someone of a particular description and the actual person guilty of the crime didn't match the description. It's not that the victim is lying, but courts and the system needs to be more skeptical of eyewitness testimony.

Eyewitness misidentification is the greatest contributing factor to wrongful convictions proven by DNA testing, playing a role in more than 70% of convictions overturned through DNA testing nationwide.
Mistaken Identifications are the Leading Factor In Wrongful Convictions
So it may not be malice as it is, folks memories aren't as good as they think it is and people assume people can recall details better than they actually can.

Also, folks can't imagine confessing to a crime they didn't commit but there is a reason its becoming more and more common across the country for homicide interrogations to be video taped. Because there are a lot of cases of people confessing to crimes they didn't commit. Especially, when cops for example may keep a suspect up for 48 hours straight (the amount of time they can hold someone without formal charges) while the cops themselves will rotate out and just hammer the person for hours on end and threaten things like the death penalty unless they confess. Also cops are allowed to straight up lie in order to coerce a confession. A lot of people by the end of it just want the torture to stop and want to do basic things like being able to sleep. I remember reading about this one case where a pizza hut employee said him and his coworker raped and murdered another employee at another store and it was only after all the above and also they straight up refused his request for lawyers. They both stayed in prison for 10 years before another criminal admitted to the crime after a religious conversion. In the mean time, the guy who was dragged into it by the guy who confessed got beat up in prison and got permanent brain damage to the point he not requires assistance around the clock even though he is now free from prison. shyt was a sad case.
Facing Her Daughter’s Killer, at Last

Finally, as far as who usually would be to blame for how long these innocent people do stay in jail, even after being found innocent through DNA and the like is the prosecutors. I don't know why this happens, but every case I've read about or watched a documentary on where someone is found innocent, the prosecutor fights tooth and nail even to the point it just doesn't make any rational sense for the case not to be overturned. You would think they would feel guilt about keeping an obviously innocent person in prison but they act offended that their case is even questioned and are routinely from what I've seen dismissive of these type of cases. I don't know if its a ego thing or if they view it will hurt their reputation as a prosecutor but I see that shyt constantly. These type of people deserve a bullet more than anyone :demonic:

The article says the accuser did not point him out in the lineup plus he ain’t match the description. Louisiana just went Louisiana. They didn’t value his life.

:duck:

If someone was wrongfully convicted for a crime committed against me, I would be caping hardest to get them out.

Where is the public shaming of the false accuser?

We keep having these cases where brehs are proven innocent and then never see the accuser, what's the deterrent then for a false accusation?
