Dude owed money for kids from a previous baby momma. He filed jointly with his current wife whom he has 3 kids by. The government took the full amount....and their jobless.

You can say the system is unfair, but they should have been smarter. Why file jointly to begin with?

If you're in a high tax bracket. I'm certain she could have qualified for EIC with the 3 kids and easily gotten that stimulus own her own.

I know 2 bruhs with over $100,000 in back CS and both of them just give up on ever having anything of value.. They can't even get a driver's license and both stay with women that treat them like shyt and they take it because that's the only way they can have a roof over they head...

These chicks really don't care if they ruin a dudes life. I know a ton of dudes working several jobs 7 days a week just to keep current on child support. A few of them we're even forced to leave their home state because it was too easy to get thrown in jail for being behind on child support. You already got white supremacy holding you back. But then the family court system finishes the job. I'm surprised most dudes just don't blow their brains out. Because you're basically a wage slave until you die.

Married filing separately does not qualify for the earned income credit. In fact, a lot of deductions and other tax benefits are off the table when you MFS. That's why its such a bad tax status.
