@Tenchi® Ryu™ I'm sure you've dabbled with some of these.

I'm in the mood to play some classic retro style games but with mods. I've googled and found some cool shyt. I'm about to try out Super Mario Flashback.

Was very heavy into pokehacks a few years ago cause I didn't have a DS and a laptop strong enough to emulate one properly....

So I entered the world of pokehacks and there was some amazing shyt.....Dude made a hack of FireRed called Shiny gold and it was thourough as fukk

There were other hella legit hacks where they ripped sprites from pokemon Black and White and would insert them into Emerald hacks...the most famous was Pokemon Flora Sky....I collected the eevee evolutions in there

They apparently just released a new version a year or two ago that includes 3DS gen pokemon

That Mario flashback demo was dope. The only thing was the controls was a bit too sensitive and it was tricky jumping and landing on specific spots. The artwork and music seems pretty nice. I'd love if Nintendo made a real game using that art style.

Researching found a even better one called Pokemon Ultra Shiny Gold Sigma, a revamped version of Pokemon Gold that includes Gen 1-7 pokemon, mega evolutions and the full works

If anyone has access to the original ROM of the Chinese Bootleg of Street Fighter 2 I need that port asap! Reason why is that before Hyper and Turbo the chinese version of Street Fighter Two had a hyper speed glitch and hidden combos that aren't accessible in the regular forms.

Also the Pokemon hacks are excellent! That shiny gold remix looks fire. Link that to me asap.

I currently have Ruby version myself I am playing on this phone.

FFTactics has a shyt ton of them. Like this total rehash featuring Solid Snake, Link, Dante and Cloud. I haven't taken the time to try to figure out how to patch and play on an emulator or my computers though




There's a Doctor Who mod for Fallout 4 that I REALLY want to play. You're not The Doctor, but a random Time Lord with your own TARDIS, having your own adventures in space and time and shyt.



Of course, can't mention mods without mentioning Mugen, which I literally used to put on "watch" and just let play
