He won't see a penny of that. It's the same as if a bank wires money to your account and it's the wrong account. That money is going back to the bank

Jersey has the same rules Nevada sports books have. Tickets go as written. Books pay outs mistake lines all the time in Vegas. If the bet goes thru it has to be honored. Fanduel has an expensive learning curve here having software that just pumps out tickets that pay 80k without needing to be approved by an admin. Anything over 25k regardless of amount being wagered has to be seen at our place. Could be a 20 dollar 15 team parlay. Doesn’t matter. The safeguards are there for a reason. Things get fukked up often. Put wrong start time for some random tennis or soccer match and the shyts over and still up for betting, put the wrong team as favorites, fat finger odds and add an extra digit, label something wrong etc. if someone points it out I give them a courtesy nickel bet on it as a thanks for the heads up. Can cost a lot more than 500 bucks if it goes unnoticed for too long
