Boy let his have been Steph during a peak Warriors year and you wouldn’t be on some “but what about the November election tho :damn:

:mjlol:
If you haven't noticed lately my attention hasn't been on sports like that. Hard to muster up outrage over miniscule shyt like first-team votes when the country is such a fukking mess.

It's a good distraction but I can't even fake outrage over this even if my squad was involved...too much real shyt going on to be angry over. When all is well you can find anger over small shyt but I don't know a black man in America that's conscious that feels like all is well right now :coffee:

She said it was a mistake I believe her. No way anybody who covers basketball for a living would KNOWINGLY leave AD off of the all nba ballots.

On another note fukk Dweeb Gottlieb and anybody that love him :pacspit:
That mistake could cost a dude millions of dollars. That mean she didn’t take her vote serious at all

Folks shytted on Gary Washburn when it was revealed he voted Melo 1st place MVP and was the reason Bron didn't unanimous in 2013, Rachel Nichols got exposed for her voting history last year, just because you're a Black woman doesn't mean you're exempt from criticism. If you get paid to cover the league and have a vote, then you should put some thought into what you're doing, leaving AD off of All-NBA is some bozo shyt.

This type of stuff always makes news though. No matter the race or sex. Plus votes like this impact contracts so it’s not totally meaningless. Obviously AD still got his clearly deserved recognition so her leaving him out didn’t do anything, but fans and fellow media will ALWAYS look for the outlier vote.

Literally happened just recently when one lone reporter didn’t vote Ken Griffey for the HOF and fans and media went on a witch hunt to find out who that reporter was.
Always. The baseball HOF always has some dikkhead that leaves a no-brainer off because Babe Ruth wasn't a unanimous selection.

In 2000 that one Philly writer gave Iverson a first place vote that kept Shaq from being the first unanimous MVP. I think it was two Tampa writers that left Verlander off their 2016 Cy Young ballots that cost him that award. Egregious omissions like this always make headlines and for good reason. The racist/sexist comments are garbage but voters need to be held accountable for bonehead decisions like this.

I know very well where you attention is and that’s fine. But if your Warriors were still playing you would have energy for these type of things. It’s ok to acknowledge that you would care about both things brehs lol. You can still be a fan and care about your team and acknowledge the real world. You came in this thread acting high and mighty because you don’t care when everyone knows you damn sure would if your Warriors were still great this season.

man that shyt dont mean nothing for nobody. Is he still all nba? yes so who honestly gives af besides folks who just wanna make some sexist comments against her anyway. ignore them dudes and keep it movin cause none of it is worth the energy for her.
her 1st mistake is acknowledging it and her 2nd mistake is saying her vote was a mistake.
People been looking for the lone outlier voter since forever. I remember when Shaq didn’t get unanimous MVP in 2000 because of one voter and people found out who is was and trashed him. And like someone said, this isn’t some “meaningless” thing. Bonuses and legacies matter a lot when it comes to all star and All NBA teams. It may not matter for AD, but what if she made that “mistake” for someone like Beal who was on the edge of being on the team, and now he misses out on the super max because of her “mistake.” People get called out for their bad votes all the time. Same thing like in college football when some rogue voter has Bama or OSU like 25th or some shyt because of shytty reason. People call them out. Same should happen to her and anybody else. Her being a woman means shyt.

You have a right to be wrong :manny:my Raiders finally won a game last week and I was more concerned with watching Meet The Press on MSNBC...not saying I don't pay attention to shyt but I only have enough energy to be outraged over shyt that really matters these days. After the election maybe I can be on some :manny:like the cacs are right now on some acceptance shyt.
