So murdering kids is fine but hating gays is where they draw the line :mjlol:

A prehistoric space monster ripping little kids' arms off and then dragging them into a sewer to die is fine and dandy, breh.

Murdering a homosexual is just WRONG.

Isnt Pennywise a female to?
lol given the pc culture feminist might start complaining about how the movie is misogynous against Females because the Loser club is trying to kill Pennywise.

sounds stupid, but shyt look what we have here

Was the character closeted in the original, or did they throw that in there?
off what I am told
he was gay in the book, if it was like how it was in the movie idk.

him being gay and keeping it a secret I guess was a big deal in the novel for obvious reasons being that it was the 80s that King wrote it, and when the story takes place in the novel.

Villains do villainous things. I get where they're coming from, but Pennywise isn't supposed to be just some crazy clown that has almost no boundaries cause he got fed up with everything one day, even though he's human. Joker. And even Joker would get the PC community upset by his antics in 2019. The new Joker movie already has people upset, and that's not even the "blowing up buildings with Harley Quinn in the passenger seat" Joker.

It's cool that the LGBT community is fighting for equality and acceptance, but this is a movie adaptation of a novel from the 80s... a horror novel. Things were way different back then and sure, they could change things up, but that could possibly change the entire story itself. And if Stephen King feels that it's important to keep in the films, then they're crucial -- he's the guy behind it all, after all.
