interesting.. because, both Portishead and Sweetback(whos comprised of members of Sades band) dropped albums years before Theivery Corporation were even on the map.. but, according to you- Thievery Corporation "damn near started this genre.."

Portishead is a lot farther from Theivery Corp than Theivery Corp is from 90% of the content in here

I'm not hating on you, merely I'd think someone in the game like you would have heard of them.

To me, thats like browsing this thread and not knowing of Jamorquai(sp?) or Foreign Exchange
