he started off talking about Korean architecture that he saw in a movie dealing with Korean zombies - then he showposted a photo of a korean buildigng that gradually transitioned into pictures of Japanese Shinto temples and Chinese mansions

then for some reason he started showing illustrations of Japanese samurai - if your post is about how "dope" asian construction is i dunno how you get to illustrations of Japanese samurai armor

and it's not East Asian it's Asian- from the steppes in Siberia to the east side of the Himalayas down to the Indian ocean and all the way East to the Hawaiian islands -it's Asia...by definition if you say Asia - that means its in the "East"

Nowadays, especially in Japan you can see it is mostly western design due to end of the feudal era, the religious hold that was on the country and earthquake safe designs

Im European so I always do love our historical buildings, but in the early early days nothing was touching Asian designed buildings
