As much as I love BB and sports in general I want our athletes to smarten up and make some power plays. Align their contracts (like how Bosh, DWade, & Bron did pre-2010) take their gwap and get a negro league going. These cacs make too much money off us and the similarities between slaves and athletes is VERY real aside from the M's. And with young brothers joining the league so young of course these vultures are going to steer them astray. But at the end of the day we put these guys on pedestals and champion them for what? Idk just seeing all this dough they be making and not cycling back into our communities disgusts me a lot.

That money is guaranteed like shyt for those 3, especially LeBron and Wade, they'll be making at least 10 m's a year well into their 50+. That's door number one.

Bron is more of a businessman than the type to do something like that.I totally agree with you though. I pray for the day that happens. Maybe LeBron is the beginning, teaching the youth that they can have the power to be the change in their community. Maybe the next great player takes that mentality in a more pro-Black direction.

If that's the case, then it's only logical that you feel EVERY industry or business where blacks work for whites is similar to slavery correct? From working as a cashier in Wal-Mart to being an executive at a Fortune 500 company, to being a Hollywood actor.
