hes a young spitter in the same caliber of a J cole, Lupe etc who are also little Nas's. Guys that basically grew up stanning Nas and acquired his style or were inspired by it.


The same way Farrakhan studied under Malcolm X and acquired his speaking style, voice patterns and mannerisms

Also while Nas has a small bit of influence on some of Fashawn stuff. It ain't that much he is has his own style. Same for Lupe has his own unique style lyrically even though his rap name is taken from a song of The Firm LP.

With the bit of influence that Fashawn has from Nas I don't think that makes him necessarily the better rapper.
