why u having kids if u cant afford to feed them u dumb bytch. most of the fast food workers here are indians or some sort of asian fob, or some fat white bytches.

Love this place. Moved here from expensive ass NJ, cost of living is in comparison.

Can't comment on the singles lifestyle, since I'm happily married....but as far as speaking generally about ATL socially, I love how there's always something going on, always something to do. Philly is like that, so I needed that from Atlanta.

Is it hard being married in ATL due to the temptation?

I had one dude say it was but I think it's more because he's not happy in his marriage plus his wifey physically let herself go.

I've started to notice so many more Indians owning fast food now too Everyone knows Dunkin Donuts and Subway were their mainstays, but I've seen them now with Burger Kings, and Popeyes. The workers and managers are almost all Indians too.



All that said, you can't talk about raising minimum wage, while continuing to let illegal immigration continue to be a huge problem.

You do realize that you are being taxed to fill in the gap that corporations don't pay?

The point is that most mom and pop places aren't chains and thus they pay higher wages since they have smaller staff and less volume of customers

How are mom and pop burger joints, dive bars, diners, and such that are own by 1 owner that arent chain restaurants gonna survive? Its not gonna happen there wont be a minimum wage for fast food workers, one for every class of worker. It would be country wide and its not doable its a fantasy these fukkers are trying to push. If fast food workers get that pay raise its going to be nothing but kiosks, college students, & young professionals earning beer money working those jobs.

The underclass need to organize for something that wont put them out of a job. Take that fast food labor movement and use it to bargain for free school, cheaper housing & job training.

You clearly dont know what you are talking about. How can a mom and pop place afford to pay higher wages with less volume of customers? No one is in business to break even or have short falls. I dont think ive ever been to a mom and pop place where anyone is getting more than minimum.
