I went to Coney Island Last night and I always worried that this would happen to me on the boardwalk

Same goes for the stairs on Elevated subway stations

And I'm not even obese

On a side note a Police car was driving on the boardwalk so they must be pretty strong

Lived in this city basically my whole life and never heard of anyone falling through the sidewalk. I heard of and seen people falling through the the metal doors that lead into the basement of buildings (right next to where that lady fell) and dogs and people getting electrocuted by the grates in the sidewalks.
