You definitely can’t, but when you comment with negativity the recipient of that isn’t wrong for clapping back. She didn’t ask what he thought about her look but he decided to give his input anyway, so she did the same. He was fair game once he commented in that manner, he commented about her physical appearance and she commented about his....I don’t see the issue.
