She's lyin. I've never seen a fat 90 year old. The older we get, the less weight we need.I had a similar conversation with a friend of mine. She told me I was too obsessed with weight loss or whatever and I told her there aren't too many fat 90 year olds and that while you can't predict when you'll die you can do what you can to stay as healthy as possible.
