Latinos in hip-hop don't wear it on they sleeve unless they obviously Latino like Pun or Joe. No one really knows Fab is Dominican or Nore half PR, and a gang of other NY rappers that got Latin in them. Ain't no one denying them. In NYC and northeast in general that shyt blends and there's no real emphasis on it.

Little Hispanic roots? Everyone he named is HALF Latino. Meaning a parent was full Latino, not a distant cousin

DMC is dominican and he's one half of one of the most legendary hip hop groups of all time in RUN DMC
Bro don't waste your time.

This is only a discussion outside NY.

this seems like a conversation that new york hip hop needs to have
Yea, they the only ones who could really speak on it
From the outside looking in, Latinos are represented in hip hop it just not necessarily open about it, like how a lot of them east coast dudes got roots from the islands but we don’t notice unless somebody says so, we look at you as black

Well if they are and always have been a part of hip hop, who’s fault is that?
