I'm all for non-blacks using the word. If I had the influence of a major celebrity I would Tweet to the world that all races have the right to call themselves and members of their own race "nikkas". You know why? Because it's an extremely low-class word and screams unintelligents.

It’s cultural in NYC, you’d have to grow up in it to have a better understanding. From the outside looking in, its nowhere near as a problem like outsiders would think. If you’re upset about it, be upset about the Black dudes from the 70’s and 80’s who didn’t care about Spanish niqqas saying it, because it wasn’t used in a derogatory way amongst teenagers in the streets.
