He's saying what I'm saying. Mexicans are not black. Puerto Ricans have a lot of black in them. Go to Puerto Rico, Costa Rico, you'll see. Discrimination is everywhere but they have black in them. Mexicans do not. He may be a corny fat fukk but he's right.

Afrobeat and Kizomba been making noise all over the world for a while now. It's in the U.S. that people are just now paying attention to it. Back in 2012 i was in London and wend to a couple of clubs there. shyt was crazy. Same thing in France.

But personally my favorite is actually Congolese music which itself doesnt fall under the afrobeat umbrella. Dope shyt tho. Ivorian music (zouglou) is pretty dope too.
I’ve been seeing a lot of Haitians on social media campaigning to be recognized as latinos :gucci:

I mean it's pretty obvious Latinos have African blood and their music is of black origin. When I lived in New York years ago we lived side by side with Puerto Ricans and honestly I always saw them as light skinned blacks. I never got any :mjpls: vibes from them at all.

The crazy thing is a black person would probably shoot and kill you if you called them latino. Alot of black people are ashamed of being associated intimately with anything latino/non black. A black person could be as light as a latino and break your neck for asking them if they're latino or mixed with latino.

WTF.

That's not my experience at all. Pre-ADOS nikkas loved claiming that they are mixed with this and that to seem more "exotic".

"I'm creole"

We been knowing his family for decades. They real cool. He definitely not being disingenuous at all.
Some ppl never been outside the south and equate Mexican latinos down there to Puerto Ricans up north. The disparity is completely opposite and they don't even like each other. I saw a Mayweather vs Ortiz fight in the PR and the whole theater was rooting for Mayweather. The black and pr culture is so intertwined that you don't know what's what until they speak. When I moved down south, I instantly realized that Mexicans are just urbanized white ppl that use the n word. We have absolutely nothing in common with them. That wall shyt is cause trump has no power over us so he attacks them. In fact, there's more blacks and non Mexican Latinos in office than Mexicans and a large portion of those Mexicans are Republican and against their own ppl. I can go on and on.

Anyone from the island of Hispaniola should identify with Africa. It's simply split by 1 bridge into part French, part Spanish.
