But if so, he knew the rules. He willingly used the clout and protection he got from being supported by that crew of bloods, to threaten other rappers and pull stunts. I can't have empathy for him flipping on them, despite what they did to him.

Everybody thinks the streets is like how it is on television.

It's not condoned BUT snitches rarely even get touched when they get out.

There is almost no real consequence for snitching -- at least when it comes to street gang shyt in black hoods. I don't know how it goes elsewhere.

Your premise is right but I think you're underselling how many snitches get dealt with. It ain't always nikkas getting bodied...
