lol, so he went out to find his enemy to release a remix to get a few thousand people to try Tidal. You really think his ego is that small? Jay would rather spend money to shyt on people he doesn't like.

Ever heard of "two birds with one stone"? He releases all his music on Tidal, why? Cause he owns it and controls distribution.
Does that necessarily mean that everything he does is just for Tidal? Or does he record music cause he wants, and just happens to own a service that he can distribute it through and make more money for himself and his parters.

Jay-z is all about his money and image.He jumps on trends and uses other artist to build his empire,He will squash a beef only if it helps him financially.Nas hit him with that "Either".He squashed the beef then signed him to def jam.He doesn't like 50 cent but he did the "I get money" remix to stay in the spotlight.

If this remix was not being released on Tidal I highly doubt Jay-z would have agreed to be on it.
