Yeah....sorta.

About 7-8 years ago - got tired of worrying about my weight -- and stopped counting calories and being obsessively vain. I wanted to eat -- and not care - so said forget it -- and started eating.... and eating.... everything. I got to like 165-175lbs at 5'2.

I stayed there for like 2-3 years -- then got tired of being fat. So, I lost it.

Those overweight years were hell -- my dating life sucked, the quality of men that liked me sucked, I couldn't fit any of my old clothes, people treated me differently. And my parents - low-key fat-shamed me - mainly my mom.

My best friend was a trainer at the time -- and he helped me get back in shape. In addition, I started therapy.

It's been a life-long issue -- it's never been about weight for me -- I restrict when I'm stressed or depressed. Some people eat when they are stressed/depressed -- I don't - at all.
