It's wrong to pretend to be into a woman you're not into. Her feelings should be hurt, with that said it's also ok for men not to be into fat women. I don't think "fat" will ever be a standard of beauty that mostly all men will check for. That's only reserved for men with fetishes or no general preference. Deal with it. Lose weight and expand your options, stay fat and deal with the limited population of men check for you, or be single and love yourself at whatever size. You can't force men to be attracted to you, sorry.

Nah, I've heard of this, this is really a thing.
Like some fat person will go to the doctor complaining of back pain, the doctor will assume it's just cause they're carrying too much weight, the fat person will tell them "no this is different, I can tell", the doctor will keep insisting it's the weight, they won't look harder at what's going on and months later it'll turn out they have a tumor in their back or some shyt.
It happens with disabled people, poor people, and mentally ill people too. If you have any sort of social stigma that could lead people to stereotype your physical issues, you run the possibility of running into an a$$hole of a doctor because they automatically put you into a category and don't listen long enough to see what's really going on.
