Old lady at my work use to stay on my ass about my weight, I hated it. Everytime I was about to stuff my face with some junk she had something to say, but you know what that old lady might have saved my life. I've legit lost over 50 pounds and in the best shape of my life.
People aren't fat because of genetics they are fat because of shytty eating habits. Most over weight people could lose weight just changing what they eat.

I didn’t fat shame them, I used that in the title for shock value lol. Basically it was a post about a singer who had this outfit on showing her stomach…I said she needed to work on her core, then the women started chiming in, and I told them that the said singer should lose some weight to help with her performance and that the United States is the most unhealthiest and fattest nation on the planet. That’s when the BBW Hive got mad….
