Yesterday I smashed 6 rice crispy treats. I justified it by telling myself that one “real” crispy is three small ones so I’m really only eating 2.:hhh:

I ran 2 extra miles today because of this disgusting act I committed. And I’ll do the same tomorrow.
Rice crispy treats are actually a great choice for a preworkout meal. Not the healthiest, but I smash 3 with sum pre before the gym.

That's light work compared to the confessions brehs are making in here.

On that front, a month or two ago, one of my brehs put me on to Sour Strips. Told myself I would just try a couple to see if I liked them.


I smashed out the whole bag in about three hours. :snoop:

I try to avoid the entire quadrant of my local Target that has candy in it, because I know they're there. :snoop:

I used to do a thing called "Fatboy Fridays"

basically an extreme cheat day after a week of eating decently healthy.

I'd be doing stupid shyt in one meal, like

going to McDonald's for the fries
going to Wendy's for the nuggets
going to BK for the burger
going to the donut spot up the street for "dessert"
