Yeah. I'm working on my health. It's been enough lollygagging. A few people on here listen to comedian Bill Burr's podcast. He's fond of saying that every pound you're overweight is 5 miles of capillaries your heart has to pump blood through. I've read it's closer to 7 miles. Still, when you start multiplying, it can be outright scary.

Its not just black women. I see a gang of latinas getting their asses done here in Houston. They are taking over the booty game. Its easy for them travel to Latin America and get it done for cheap where they are from. A lot of Mexican doctors do good work for cheap. One of my coworkers is thinking about getting some work done, its an epidemic here. I can understand the pressure, I don't blame a female for trying to get a nice ass, but I think a chic should try working out for a year because they may have nice booty and don't even know it. Most women have never done a squat in their life, the main exercise responsible for building the butt.
