:why::why::why::why::why: how can you preach to me about meat being unhealthy, when your lard ass is close to heart attack status.

How can a Vegan be fat anyway :skip:

It depends, some ppl eat too much quinoa like it's rice. I try to eat it at least once a week to maintain muscle mass. Also, if you eat wheat, then you cannot claim to be a vegan. Folks claim to be vegan but don't understand what they eat whether it be hybrid or natural foods.

Why can't vegan's eat wheat?.

I forgot to mention these people may be fat because they are low in hormones, for different reasons. They can eat small calorie meals all day and still be fat, just a skinny fat. Hormones are really the secret, not necessarily calories, to fat loss..

no one should eat wheat especially not the wheat of the today. It's a hybrid wheat. A starch called amylopectin triggers the brain to eat more of this hybrid wheat. Wheat also has gluten in it which our bodies cannot really properly digest because it doesn't have the enzymes to do it. Not to mention wheat breaks down your immune system. That's why there are many people today susceptible to having bad allergies.

I don't know about some of those things. Amylopectin isn't absorbed liked other starches, so I don't understand how it can trigger that reaction within the brain. Gluten may not be processed properly by enyzmes but gut bacteria can digest it. Gut bacteria are starting to be seen as a major cause of all the problems we see with allergies to wheat, and probably to other things like peanuts. I also think since people are low in monounsaturated fat this causes their immune system to be weak. Monounsaturated fat, and protein helps build up your immune system. This is probably why when people who were allergic to peanuts, ate a small amount and slowy built up their tolerance lost their allergies. Peanuts are high in monounsaturated fat, protein, and it has some soluble fiber in it. This is why it is IMPORTANT for the mother to eat whole foods, while pregnant and breastfeeding, so the child can be exposed to these foods in low amounts and not have an allergy to them as they get older. It will also help give them a strong immune system.

In essence it's a lack of soluble fiber to feed the growth of good bacteria, and low intake of monounsaturated fat that is causing most people allergy problems not wheat or peanuts themselves. I will look into the sell of hybrid wheat though, it's just that every time I research this stuff, I have to read through tons of misinformation, and it makes me think if they are wrong or lieing about those things, what if they're not telling the truth about hybrid wheat?.

Can Peanut Allergy Be Cured By Peanuts?
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/can-peanut-allergy-be-cured-by-peanuts/

"
Scientists have the first evidence that life-threatening peanut allergies may be cured one day.

A few kids now are allergy-free thanks to a scary treatment - tiny amounts of the very food that endangered them.

Don't try this at home. Doctors monitored the youngsters closely in case they needed rescue, and there's no way to dice a peanut as small as the treatment doses required.

But over several years, the children's bodies learned to tolerate peanuts. Immune-system tests show no sign of remaining allergy in five youngsters, and others can withstand amounts that once would have left them wheezing or worse, scientists reported Sunday."

true, sounds plausible on paper... but have you see n what 400 calories of green leafy vegetables looks like? You would be super full. Fat Vegans either just became vegans or are sneak eating.

I'm talking about shyt like this:

I recently gained weight. After the holidays, I got up to 192 lbs. so I quit drinking, upped my exercise, and started eating better with more fruits and vegetables and cut the carbs. As of today, I am back down to 183 lbs. wanna go back to 180. My ideal weight is 180-185 lbs being 6'.
My Goal weight is 180....I got 15 more pounds to go.
