Could it be that this chick is smarter than she looks? Maybe she knows deep down that this was racially motivated and that it's no way a gun would have came out if this was a bunch of white kids bumping GnR. I'm guessing there are certain repercussions if she admits that she thinks this was racially motivated because if she said that race was a factor, whites would say that she had her mind made up before the trial started and that Dunn never had a chance. It still puzzles me why she was chosen to be in the jury. For these high profile cases, jurors are carefully handpicked from hundreds of people. Seems like there's some sort of agenda here.

Of course she knows that.

Or she could have just not taken the interview and kept her mouth shut.

The agenda is very obvious.

What repercussions are you alluding to? There was a juror in OJ's civil case who went on camera talking about she was called by god to be on the jury of his civil trial to correct the injustice of the previious ruling, what repercussions did she face? Yea, we all felt that OJ "never had a chance" but so what, it did not change a thing. And lol at "it still puzzles me why she was chosen...." like you're some wise man and this is some in depth riddle that you can't figure out. What's so hard to comprehend? She was young, naive and black.....probably one of the only people in that bracket to actually show up for jury duty.

The prosecution allowed her because she was black and young and they felt there was a good possibility she would connect with her "soul brudda", the defense wanted her because they peeped she was a lost nikka that would go into the nikka quota while at the same time be dumb enough to not see the situation for what it really was.

It's no different then having one of you c00n ass nikkas from this website on that jury. Some of you dumb nikkas would probably be more in defense of Dunn's actions then the white jurors. What defense wouldn't want your lost asses on the jury?

While your reasons for her being on the jury may be true, it doesn't sit well with me because it's a bit too obvious. I mean come on, this chick obviously isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer. Do you really think that this is the best person they could come up with? Why is it that we can never get 1 educated black man on one of these juries? You're probably right though. The prosecution wanted her because they knew she would connect to Jordan and the defense probably saw her as someone who could be manipulated by the other jurors. I don't know her education level but I'm sure most of the other asians and whites on the jury were most likely college educated. It pisses me off that in a city of almost 1 million people, this is the best they could come up.

The worst part was this quote below. Cant believe this could come from a black jurors mouth.

"I think he is a good guy. I don't think he hates everybody. I don't think he walks around wanting to shoot everybody. I think that he made bad decisions,"

even if you were a dumbass and believed his story There was nothing in this trial to indicate dunn was a good guy. This Is a subjective statement that indicates her mind was made up before the trial even began and is the type of bias you would normally expect from a white juror. Instead of seeing davis as a victim and good kid she was thinking this thug davis and his friends must have done something to provoke this honorable white man into shooting at them. Jordan davis never had a chance for justice.

Yeah ..What really gets me are the Zimmerans and Dunns of the worlds with that looking for trouble mentality..when you go looking for it you'll usually find it...everyone knows if these guys did'nt have weapons they never would have confronted these kids, because their cowards..Somehow the media continues to paint these guys as the victims in these situations, and the dead black kids as the criminals..

Because blacks are always guilty until proven innocent. To believe it was anything less than first degree murder is to assume jordan davis was a criminal and guilty of something. They assumed davis was guilty the same way she assumed dunn was a "good guy". You cant get to that conclusion based on the evidence in this case. It takes preconcieved racial bias.

You nikkas aint listening, she is telling you exactly why she was put on that jury. She truly believes that "Race did not play a factor here". When they were doing jury selection, don't you think they asked the people who had potential to be on the jury, "Do you think race played a factor in this case?" If you militant nikkas were like "Hell yeah" to that question, you would be dismissed from jury duty.

You need to knowledge yourselves brehs.

Can some nikkas here explain, why the prosecution allowed her to be on the jury? What is the legal maneuvering here?
