Philly cops killed 15 people in a single year? NYPD Killed like 8 people last year, in a city with 7 million more people.. and the NYPD deals with far more illegal weapons on persons, murders and assaults than Philly. Something is seriously wrong with the PD in that city.

on second watch, he wasn't INTENTIONALLY walking towards the cop but they did look like they were about to collide. the other cop didn't have time to think whether he meant to walk into him or not he just reacted. better safe than sorry.

I agree. Yet I also noticed how the cop he was about to collide with didn't draw his weapon until after the shots even though they were walking towards each other.
