A father accused of hacking his disabled seven year-old son's head off with a meat cleaver and leaving it by the road for the boy's mother to see has been ruled not guilty of murder by reason of insanity.

Defense experts have successfully proven that Jeremiah Wright, 32, from Louisiana, was suffering a delusion at the time of the brutal murder of Jori Lirette, who suffered from cerebral palsy.

Wright was charged with the first degree murder of the little boy on August 14, 2011, and faced life in prison or death by lethal injection if convicted.

Breh, dont be dishonest here and insinuate that he is being let back out on the streets....he is being sent to an insane asylum, where he will no doubt spend the rest of his life heavily medicated, and under tight round the clock supervision. The man is clearly out of his mind, and the murder was an obvious act of a vicious spell of insanity.

pretty much. People think you can plea insanity and they're just going to let you jolly you're way up on out the courtroom :heh:. Insane asylum's aren't a cakewalk, once you go in, it's pretty difficult to get out. Especially someone who's in for chopping the head off of his son

The Forest Where Hope Died
Man they need to find a cure for these disabilities, I seen a blog where Parents did all kinds of heel turns on there disabled kids.

Supposedly that root iboga can cure it..but it's risky..you would have to stop taking ya meds and use iboga..but what if it doesn't work and you relapse cuz you're not on ya meds..is it worth the risk? I dunno
