Indians ,Asians ,and Africans are notorious cheaters in STEM college test especially Indians with engineering. I've heard this from 3 different people @various times in my 20s .Each time it was either Asians or Indians .So I decided to ask bout Africans and got a look like
All of em then again I was working Oil and Gas in Texas ,so even the Black men weren't to find of foreigners.

we all know people that use to get beat and punished for just fuking up the maths homework
years ago the kid next door to me had to keep his arms in the air for 2 hours while facing the wall just for getting a question wrong on his maths homework, breh ended up becoming a space scientist

Pops shoulda been on top of things. That kid didn’t just become that way. That shyt happened over time. Shoulda instilled that work ethic and fear long ago. Not showing up for an exam? That’s failure of a parent for a kid to think he could do that. Pops is the one who should be getting slapped up.

Courses with a virtual teacher and allowed to use their laptops. Getting test answers before hand. They had alot of ways I think they couldn't cheat in the classes with a actual sitting professor, but these are all second hand stories. Americas shytty ranking is because school is free until college ,and alot of em trash

Breh I acknowledge there are cheaters never said there weren't but there are a lot of students and cultures that put an absolute premium on education. I refuse to lump those people that put in decades of educational work into their children as cheaters. The workload I see some of these children and young adults do is insane.

As well only 24% to a quarter percent of countries in this world pay for primary or secondary education.

All I am saying both cheaters and non-cheaters exist!

Well not to derail I went to a Magnet School in HS our normal curriculum you had to take Calculus your senior year if you're a engineer branch.Luckily I was art <Algebra 2>and by default I hate math ,but I was leaps ahead of my cousin's in the regular school.School is forced on us here like young breh in this video.Those rankings reflect a youth population that prob checked out by grade 10

Quick google shows avg pay for a desk job in Zambia is $120 a month so $21k USD is several years pay in Zambia
