Since most of yall took the best ones, I'll switch it up a bit:francis:.

Brainstorm- Lovin is Really My Game, Waiting For Someone, This Must Be Heaven.
One of my favorite transitions period. Picture this, first track the main singer is singing about trying to find love on the discotheque, second song that singer wants that love so badly that it hurts to wait, and finally the track in which they find that love and it feels like heaven. Shoot, the glittering transition alone from Waiting For Someone to This Must Be Heaven was nothing short but amazing:ahh:.

Jamiroquai- Journey to Amhemland, Morning Glory, and Space Cowboy.
Excellent sequences as it felt like a space travel through another world, leading to a cruise control feeling, and finally the closeout track.

Jay Z- Real nikkaz, Rap Game/Crack Game, Where I'm From.
People slept hard on this and even often downplay it, but imo this is probably one of my favorite Jay Z albums of all time. Sure it's a bit poppy but the sequences between these songs felt perfect. Real nikkaz set the tone of what grimey dudes are about in the game, Rap Game/Crack Game sprinkle some knowledge of where the game going, and Where I'm From reflects on the environment that molded the game. Friggin poetic brehs:lupe:

One more off the top of my head.

Young Jeezy- Hypnotize, Still on It, U Know What It Is.
These three songs set the tone of the album to a friggin tee. Jeezy didn't sugar coat the theme of this album, he just straight up use hypnosis on the listeners to go out and get that money:ohlawd:. Going into Still on It with the self explanatory "yall know what I'm about breh":mjpls:, and finally setting the friggin album off with U Know What It Is:lawd:.
