MK - Scorpion or Sonya Blade, Scorpion gets the edge for the ultra-douche perpetual grapple combo which I've personally witnessed start fights in public spaces.
MK2 - Kitana
MK3 - Cyrax or Sindel.
MK4 - Quan Chi

MK2 and MK3 were both fukking amazing. Peak arcade time for me and my friends - playing for remaining credits against kids who might decide to start some shyt if you pulled a babality on them.

I stopped paying attention after 4, but I do a pretty average impression of a Scorpion noob on PS4 MKX occasionally these days. Keep meaning to learn someone else, but that takes work and I'm not about that life like I was when I was 14.

I miss arcades. Kids don't know.
