it was straight but knowing ward's boxing story there were plenty of omissions from it

yeah but shortcut nearly ended up the same way in the end
...that underground boxing shyt is no joke...so many blatant fouls in those fights in that movie...suplex, liniment in glove, nut shots, kicks to the head, horrific size mismatches, triangle chokes, slow counts, standing over opponents..that movie was raw

I just watched this the other day for the first time since I was a kid, forgot the buy who choreography but he was a real boxer
plus the racial aspects of the boxing game were highlighted still ring true till this day in some ways
Came in to say this
million dollar baby was too damn sad...Ive only watched it twice..its an excellent movie but the ending is too messed up for me to watch it over and over
surprisingly no one mentioned any of the rockys..they are great movies..regardless of what you think of the choreography and the believability factor
personally my favorite is 3
1 and 2 are high quality movies
4 was cheesy but fun

rocky balboa was damned good..they should have left that one deleted scene in where paulie breaks down about Adrian..that shyt was

Tyson is dope, Michael Jai White nailed that role. I remember thinking he was going to take off career wise earlier than he did, still slept on low key.
did any of u guys watch the tv show lights out on fx a few yrs ago...it was pretty good although it only lasted one season due to low ratings
i wish it woulda been renewed because it had great characters and was great to see a tv drama that showed the slimy part of boxing / promoters etc...i suggest checking it out if you havent seen it... even tho it was only 1 season it kinda of closed on the finale so it wasnt much of a cliffhanger
